Levels of Membership
There are several levels of membership opportunities at the Museum for
individuals, businesses, and families. Your membership entitles you to
receive free admission for a year, a quarterly newsletter, current events,
along with special VIP reception invitations and store discounts.

Corporate: An individual or group that operates a large business

Volunteer Opportunities
The heart and soul of the Museum are volunteers. There are many
opportunities available to all who wish to participate in preserving
Folsom's rich history. There are volunteer opportunities in the gift shop,
as tour docents, volunteers to visit schools as part of the educational
outreach program, reception volunteers and more. |

Facility Rental
This wonderful Museum is available for rental to organizations and
businesses, hosting special events and receptions. The cost to rent the
Museum is just $200 that includes set-up, clean up and staff attendance
during the event. |
Reference Library & Archive Collection
Upstairs in the Museum is a rare collection of historic books from the
Gold Rush era to present day Folsom. The archives is available to do
research. An appointment is required. Enjoy authentic historic photographs,
archived Folsom Telegraph newspaper editions through the mid 1980's,
artifacts, research binders, and reference library. |

We are looking for friendly, outgoing and flexible volunteers to train as
educational docents. We provide the training, you provide the fun. Call

October - June Museum Tours and Outreach Programs Book a tour or outreach program today. The Museum offers a wonderful
educational docent led tours. Tours can include other historic sites as well
as the museum. The
Museum Education Outreach program comes to your school. The schedule is flexible. There is a
