Folsom Pioneer Village
Historic
Folsom Pioneer Village and historic railroad turntable and caboose
Taste the life of the pioneers! Costumed docents lead students through these
outdoor living-history sites that offer opportunities to feel what the life of
the pioneers was really like. Students can climb aboard a caboose, pan for gold,
watch a blacksmith, tour a settler’s cabin and much more.
Add the Historic Folsom Powerhouse to your tour. Just ask and we'll help make
the arrangements.
Cost and Scheduling
Each tour is $4.00 per student (or $5.00 per student for packaging both tours
into one) there is no charge for teachers or other chaperones.
Call today to arrange for a docent-lead tour. Schedule a one to three hour
program tailored to meet your needs. We are able to accommodate up to 45
people (adults and students) for each session.
